Humana Medicare Advantage: Patient Experience Survey

Please be aware that your patients may be contacted by Humana in the coming weeks. Humana is currently conducting their patient experience survey for 2019. The survey consists of measures assessing the following categories related to patients’ experiences with health care:

  1. Getting care quickly
  2. Getting the care needed
  3. Getting needed prescription drugs
  4. Coordination of care
  5. Reducing the risks of falls
  6. Improving bladder control
  7. Monitoring physical activity
  8. Improving and maintain mental health.

The Medicare Shared Savings survey is also on the horizon and is set to launch in November 2019.
